Pie-Making Class: Honey-Glazed Mascarpone Peach Crostatas w/Toasted Almonds
Join us for a hands-on baking class where we’ll create beautifully folded, individually sized crostatas featuring the best of summer’s peaches. This class focuses on crafting elegant, refined crostatas—less rustic, with smooth edges and evenly pleated folds for a polished finish.
We’ll start with a full demonstration where you’ll learn how to make tender pie dough from scratch, prepare a honey-brown sugar peach filling using local, seasonal fruit, and assemble a crostata with precision and care. Each guest will make four crostatas (about 4–5 inches wide), layered with a mascarpone base. Once baked, we’ll top them with toasted almonds for the perfect sweet crunch. (18+)

No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable—if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.

Refund And Cancellation Policy
We are happy to offer refunds for order cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice. No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines.
For holiday orders, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made after these windows are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. In the spirit of minimizing waste, your items may be donated or repurposed at our discretion.
