Pie Making Class at I Love Pie Bakeshop: Maple Whiskey Peach Crumb Pie
Join us at I Love Pie Bakeshop for a hands-on pie-making class that celebrates the best of summer—juicy local peaches, golden buttery crust, and a warm drizzle of maple whiskey magic.
In this 2.5 to 3-hour workshop, you'll learn the art of pie-making from scratch, starting with a live demonstration of our signature all-butter pie dough. Then it’s your turn: you’ll mix, roll, and shape your own crust by hand, learning essential techniques for fluting and crimping that give pies their charming, rustic edge.
Next, we’ll make a fresh peach filling together using peak-season local peaches, enhanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. As a group, we’ll also create a rich maple whiskey sauce that ties the whole pie together with cozy, caramel-like depth. You’ll finish your pie with a buttery crumb topping before it goes into the oven to bake.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable—if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your schedule before booking.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
We are happy to offer refunds for order cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice. No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines.
For holiday orders, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made after these windows are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. In the spirit of minimizing waste, your items may be donated or repurposed at our discretion.
