In this fun pie-making class we will be making our delicious seasonal peach pie: Maple Whiskey Peach. This is a hands-on class that includes making pie dough from scratch, making a perfectly balanced peach filling, and a pecan brown butter oat streusel. (The maple whiskey sauce is a demonstration only) You will take home a copy of all the recipes we make in the class. You will also enjoy a slice of pie while your pie bakes as well as participate in a Q&A with one of our pastry chefs to answer all your tricky pie-making questions.
Each person will be making one 8″ pie and taking it home fresh out of the oven.
BYOA: This is a bring-your-own Apron class.
