We love blueberries and lemon. This combines the best of both worlds. A fruit filling of blueberries and lemon BUT it is cooled and then topped with Italian Blueberry Meringue. We make our own blueberry syrup and give our meringue a beautiful color and flavor. Not to mention you still get that toasty top from being lightly torched.
