What to Expect:
- Dough from Scratch: We start by making a tender, buttery crust that serves as the perfect base for our vibrant fruit filling.
- Bright & Fresh Filling: Learn how to balance the sweetness of strawberries with zesty lemon and fragrant basil, creating a beautifully complex and refreshing flavor.
- Rolling & Assembling: Master rolling out the dough, crimping the edges, and layering in the filling before topping it with a golden, crumbly streusel.
- Baking & Tasting: While your pies bake to golden perfection, participate in a Q&A with the Pie Lady herself. You’ll be taking home an 8″ pie freshly baked and ready to taste and enjoy as soon as you get home.
