The Frequent Pie-er Club is a limited membership designed for true pie lovers. Each month, members receive a handcrafted, bakery-selected pie made with seasonal ingredients and available exclusively for pickup on designated membership weekends. Choose between our Sweet Pie membership or our Ultimate Sweet + Savory experience.

What is the Frequent Pie-er Club?

The Frequent Pie-er Club is a curated monthly pie experience for true pie lovers. Members receive exclusive pies created just for the club - flavors that are not available to the general public.

What membership options are available?

Sweet Pie-er Membership

• One exclusive 8-inch dessert pie each month.

Ultimate Pie-er Membership

• One exclusive 8-inch dessert pie
• One exclusive 6-inch take-and-bake savory pie each month.

Can I choose between a 3-month or 6-month membership?

Yes! Both memberships are available as either:

• 3-month
• 6-month

Are memberships limited?

Yes. Memberships are intentionally limited to keep the experience exclusive.

Once memberships sell out, you can join our waitlist.

When do I pick up my pies?

Pickup is 2^nd weekend of the month on Friday & Saturday during normal bakery hours.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just let us know in advance who will be picking up your pies.

What happens if I miss pickup?

Unfortunately, missed pickups are forfeited. We cannot hold pies, freeze them, or move them to another month.

What flavors will I receive?

Every month features a surprise chef-selected pie inspired by the season and our creativity in the kitchen.

Club flavors are exclusive to members and won't appear on our regular menu.

What if I don't like that month's flavor?

The club is designed for adventurous pie lovers who enjoy trying new flavors.

If you're in the Sweet Pie-er Membership (or receiving the sweet pie in the Ultimate Membership), you may exchange your dessert pie for another available 8-inch pie from our display case.

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
• Exchanges are subject to what's available in the bakery case – no custom orders.
• Savory pies cannot be exchanged.

Can I request ingredient substitutions?

No. Because of our production schedule, we cannot accommodate ingredient substitutions or dietary requests.

Are the savory pies fully baked?

No. The savory pie included in the Ultimate Pie-er Membership is a take-and-bake pie that you'll bake fresh at home.

Can I buy an extra club pie?

Sometimes! Before pick-up we'll email members with the opportunity to preorder additional club pies while supplies last.

Can I buy a membership as a gift?

Absolutely! Gift memberships are registered under the recipient's name.

Does my membership renew automatically?

Not automatically. Near the end of your membership, we'll contact you before renewal and give you an opportunity to keep your membership before any remaining spots are opened to the public.

Are memberships refundable?

No. Memberships are non-refundable.

Is the pie different from what the bakery normally sells?

Yes!  Club pies are exclusive recipes created specifically for members.

Can I join after the membership period has already started?

No. Once the period has closed, you can join the waitlist until next quarter. If spots are available, they will be open every 3 months.

What if severe weather or an emergency forces the bakery to close during pickup weekend? The pie shop will contact you to make other arrangements.

How far in advance will I know the monthly flavor?

We will announce the flavor at least 5 days in advance.
