This month, we’re stepping away from our famous pies to focus on a timeless classic—the chocolate chip cookie.
In this hands-on baking and pastry class, you’ll learn how to craft the perfect cookie—from golden edges to gooey centers. Led by our head baker and Pie Lady herself, the class will walk you through choosing the right ingredients, understanding dough textures, and mastering bake times for your dream cookie—whether you love them soft and chewy or crisp and buttery.
In the class you will:

Mix and shape your own batch of cookies using our signature dough

Experiment with add-ins like sea salt, toasted nuts, and different chocolate varieties

Learn baking tips and tricks you can use at home

Leave with a dozen fresh-baked cookies, recipe, and a whole lot of sweet memories.
We’ll provide all the ingredients and tools—you just bring your sweet tooth and a love for baking!

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this cookie class is all about fun, flavor, and the joy of baking something delicious from scratch.

Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable—if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.
