While we may be known for our flaky crusts and fruit-filled creations, at I Love Pie Bakeshop, we believe every baker should have a few show-stopping desserts in their back pocket. That’s why we’re inviting you into our cozy pie shop kitchen for a decadent twist on tradition: our Salted Caramel Cappuccino Cheesecake baking class.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a creamy, espresso-infused cheesecake with a buttery cookie crumb crust—all topped with a rich, homemade salted caramel sauce that’s just the right mix of sweet and salty. It’s the kind of dessert that looks like it came from a bakery window… but you’ll make it from scratch, right here with us.

Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable—if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.
