Description
This is a mind-blowing version of our lemon meringue pie. The meringue on top is a raspberry meringue. Made by cooking down raspberries with a pinch of sugar and mixed into our Italian meringue. The meringue is piped on top in a large rose pattern. It tops our perfectly tart lemon curd in an all-butter crust.
