  • Perfect Apple Filling: Learn how to choose the best apples, balance flavors with warm spices, and get the right texture for the ultimate pie.
  • Rolling & Assembling: Master rolling out the dough, crimping the edges, and assembling a beautiful lattice or decorative top.
  • Baking & Tasting: While your pies bake to golden perfection, participate in a Q&A with the Pie Lady herself. You’ll be taking home an 8″ pie freshly baked and ready to taste and enjoy as soon as you get home.
