In this fun pie-making class we will be making fruit crostatas: Maple bourbon apple crostatas & our owners favorite blueberry basil goat cheese. This hands-on class includes making pie dough from scratch, making a perfectly balanced fruit filling, and how to shape and assemble beautiful crostatas. (essentially pies without the need for a pie pan) You will also enjoy a slice of pie while your pie bakes as well as participate in a Q&A with our pastry chefs to answer all your tricky pie-making questions.
Each person will be making 4 5″ crostatas and taking them home fresh out of the oven to enjoy.
BYOA: This is a bring-your-own Apron class.
