Pie-Making Class – The Sweetheart Pie

In this fun pie-making class we will be making our newest pie The Sweetheart Pie. It is a chocolate crust pie with sweet strawberry filling and drizzled with chocolate ganache.  This is a hands-on class that includes making pie dough from scratch, rolling out dough, making a perfectly sweet fruit filling, and assembling a decorative lattice top. We will also make a chocolate ganache to drizzle on top of the pie.

Each person will be making an 8″ pie from scratch and taking it home freshly baked right out of the oven.

BYOA: This is a bring-your-own Apron class.
