In this fun pie-making class we will be making a savory tomato crostata. This is a hands-on class that includes making pie dough from scratch, rolling out dough, making a perfectly folded crostata shape with a tomato pie filling. The filling contains fresh mozzarella slices, fresh sliced tomatoes that are tossed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and Italian seasonings.
Each person will be making 4 5″ crostatas from scratch and taking them home freshly baked right out of the oven.
BYOA: This is a bring-your-own Apron class.
