Our special strawberry cream pie is inspired by *Pink Pony Club*. It is a vibrant, decadent, and slightly rebellious dessert that captures the song’s dreamy yet electrifying essence.
The silky pale pink strawberry cream filling is made with a fresh strawberry jam pastry cream and is folded with whipped cream – light, airy and rich, just like the fantasy of chasing dreams in a neon-lit world.
Swirls of whipped cream in the shape of a rainbow trace the top of the pie and surround chocolate accents that are inspired by the simple vinyl art.
More chocolate accents, pie crust cutouts in the shape of a pony and a cowgirl hat etc are all dusted with edible pink shimmer dust evoking the glitz and glamor of the Hollywood nightlife.
