In this special class, we’re stepping beyond dessert and diving into the art of quiche-making—specifically, our signature Goat Cheese, Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche.

Perfect for brunch lovers and savory pie fans alike, this class covers everything from crust to custard. You’ll start by mastering the foundations of a buttery, flaky pie crust—learning how to mix, roll, and crimp like a pro. Then, we’ll move on to the filling, combining creamy goat cheese, wilted spinach, and vibrant sun-dried tomatoes into a rich, eggy custard that bakes to golden perfection.

You’ll learn:

  • How to make an all-butter pie crust from scratch

  • Techniques for blind baking and avoiding soggy bottoms

  • The balance of flavors in savory fillings

  • Tips for getting that creamy, sliceable quiche every time

Each participant will prepare their own 9-inch quiche to take home (or dig into), plus receive a detailed recipe, crust-making tips, and a few pie shop secrets from our bakery.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Skill Level: Beginner to intermediate
Includes: All ingredients and tools to use in class; you’ll be taking home your fresh baked quiche.
