In this fun pastry class we will be making our amazing cheesecake base recipe. From our base recipe we will teach you how to make our most famous variations and teach you how to come up with some of your own!
Each person will be making a 6” cheesecake from scratch and taking it home to enjoy. We will be pairing up, 2 persons to a mixer. This class also includes a demonstration on using our base recipe for multiple fun variations! We will finish the class by decorating our cheesecakes.
Everyone will take home a special recipe page with the base recipe along with 6 different variations!
BYOA: This is a bring-your-own Apron class.
