This pie comes to our menu twice a year. In honor of International Harry Potter Day in May, we will have it all month long. It’s inspired by the butterbeer (non-alcoholic) drink from the Harry Potter movies. 🙂 It’s a butterscotch pastry cream, topped with Italian meringue and praline sauce.
