Baking & Pastry Class at I Love Pie Bakeshop: Banana Bread
Join us at I Love Pie Bakeshop for a hands-on banana bread baking class where we’re taking this classic comfort bake and turning it into the ultimate Banana Bread Baddie experience.
In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to make our signature banana bread from scratch, starting with perfectly ripe bananas and learning how the ingredients and ratios work together to create a moist, flavorful loaf. You’ll mix your own batch of banana bread batter by hand, learning essential techniques for achieving the perfect texture and avoiding common banana bread mistakes.
While your banana bread bakes, we'll enjoy a banana bread tasting, and we'll talk about all the ways you can take a basic banana bread recipe and make it your own. We'll explore ideas like chocolate chips, nuts, spices, cream cheese fillings, and even how simple ingredient changes can transform a banana bread base into something completely different.
We'll also bake three mini banana bread loaves together, which you'll pop out of their pans and wrap up with parchment and ribbon to take home or enjoy as a sweet little treat.
Complimentary coffee and water will be served during class.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable, if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.
