Baking & Pastry Class at I Love Pie Bakeshop: Blueberry Scones
Join us at I Love Pie Bakeshop for a hands-on scone-making class that celebrates the soft, sweet, and buttery side of baking with tender blueberry scones finished with a beautiful blueberry lemon icing.
In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to make our signature blueberry scones from scratch, working hands-on to mix, shape, and prepare your own scones for baking. You'll learn essential scone-making techniques, including how to work the dough without overmixing, how to incorporate blueberries, and how to create tender, flavorful scones with a beautiful texture.
While your scones bake, I'll demonstrate how to make our blueberry lemon icing using freeze-dried blueberry powder, which gives the icing a naturally beautiful blueberry color and bright berry flavor. You'll learn how a little lemon transforms the icing and balances the sweetness of the scones.
Once your scones are baked and cooled, you'll receive your own parchment cone filled with blueberry lemon icing so you can drizzle your scones just the way you like them. We'll finish them with freshly grated lemon zest right over the top for a beautiful, bright finishing touch.
Complimentary coffee and water will be served during class.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to our small class sizes, each reservation secures a spot that cannot be easily filled on short notice. However, reservations are transferable, if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us in advance if you choose to transfer your reservation.
