Refund And Cancellation Policy
We are happy to offer refunds for order cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice. No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines.
For holiday orders, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made after these windows are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. In the spirit of minimizing waste, your items may be donated or repurposed at our discretion.
